We then promote the service of DevCapital to recruiters and employers as a database of workers actively seeking new work - but we don't seek positions for individual workers. We won't review your CV and offer suggestions and we won't contact you about individual opportunities - but recruiters and employers will.
That being said, we work hard to promote our service - including your public profile - to recruiters and employers throughout the UK so when they use our platform to search for skills that you've got, your profile is shown and they contact you directly.
